Angelina is a proud Chicana who was born and raised in San Jose, California, with indigenous roots in Chihuahua, Mexico. As the Founding Executive Director of Concrete Rose Coalition, she knows through cultural education, evidence based practices and critical consciousness, we can break generational traumas and build strengthen our community foundations. As a community organizer, Angelina’s commitment to social justice and communal healing stems from her personal experiences.
