Erika Howell is the Chief Finance and Operations Officer at the Center for Children’s Law and Policy (CCLP) in Washington, DC. Erika has spent her entire career serving organizations that work to eliminate racial injustices and support communities of color impacting youth. Currently, she is responsible for Operations, Human Resources, Contract Management, Systems Integration, and Financial Operations of the organization. Erika is a lifetime member of Girl Scouts and serves as a Girl Scout Troop Leader. Finally, Erika says “she has the best gift of being a mother to her daughter Anaya.”
