Tecoria‘s work in this field began when searching for resources for children with mental health concerns and their families. She has held numerous citizen leader roles in Parent Teacher Organizations, School Improvement Councils and continues to advocate for families in food access. She is known nationally for her involvement in parent leadership and elevating the value of lived experience.
