Tiffany Iheanacho

Tiffany Iheanacho is Buncombe County’s Justice Services Director. In this position, Tiffany oversees criminal justice programs and services, such as Pretrial Services, the Justice Resource Center, Family Justice Center, and MacArthur Foundation Safety and Justice Challenge Grant. Notable work includes improving racial equity and community engagement through the reform efforts to including expanding access to diversion programs.

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor & Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, Tiffany has previously worked in both crisis, inpatient, and outpatient settings providing clinical behavioral health services and supervision in Asheville and Greensboro, North Carolina. Tiffany holds a Master’s in Public Affairs from Western Carolina University as well as Masters in Mental Health Rehabilitation Counseling and Bachelors in Criminal Justice and Psychology from North Carolina A&T State University.
