Toni is the Director of Community Partnerships on the income security and child care team at the National Women’s Law Center. In her role she works to identify, cultivate, and support a diverse group of leaders in the field focused on advancing women and families’ economic security and opportunity; and to facilitate the development and advancement of cross-cutting policies and programs. She focuses specifically on investing and supporting the leadership of BIPOC women and other women facing multiple and intersecting forms of discrimination, including through a narrative change and storytelling initiative, and a community-led grantmaking initiative within South Carolina and New Mexico.
