David Lester-Massey

David L. Lester-Massey received his Bachelor in Business Administration in 2017 (Magna Cum Laude) and his Master of Business Administration in 2019 (Summa Cum Laude), supplementing a career that spans over 10 years in finance, operations, human resources, in the public health and advocacy arena where he developed programming and key messaging for major awareness campaigns. He most recently served as an Ambassador for CDC’s “Let’s Stop HIV Together” campaign with a focus on Ending the HIV Epidemic. His work has encompassed everyone from celebrities in the entertainment, news, and political arena to everyday people. David successfully combines a direct style, skilled techniques, and a touch of humor to make interacting with him non-threatening. David has been a featured blogger on the Huffington Post and a recurring contributor on LGBT issues for Essence Magazine. He also appeared at the 3rd International HIV/STDs Conference.

“When I’m not working, I am singing and/or directing choirs in the USA or around Europe. My most notable performance to date has been singing for Pope Francis at The Vatican for the annual “Christmas at The Vatican” program! Whether it’s in a team setting in my day-to-day working environment, standing in front of a room giving a presentation, or even standing on stage directing a choir or singing solo, the “teaching element” of my personality always follows me. I truly care about the work I do and the people who are affected.”
