Serita Fontanesi is a partner at the consultant firm, Disruptor Collaborative, a radical consulting group disrupting the political industry. She is also a content creator and training facilitator with a decade of experience in diverse progressive sectors.

Through communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution, she helps mission-driven campaigns, organizations, and companies align their external values with their internal work culture. Outside of work, Serita serves as a Commissioner on the City of Austin’s African American Resources and Advisory Commission and is the Co-President of the Black Austin Democrats. She has her master’s in Macro Social Work from the University of Southern California. She lives here in Austin with her husband and their two dogs.
